Purchased a new trowel for plastering recently after I committed the terrible crime of dropping my old one right on the corner and bending it a little.

I'm very pleased with my new model. It has flexibility built in and slightly beveled edges.

Felt very smooth over the surfaces and doing tight corners.

If you need any plastering doing get in touch.

Moving the location of some spotlights this week in order to make sure light hits the correct sections of the kitchen. The previous location meant them shining too close to the top of a cupboard unit.

The bags are to protect from dust during works.

Putting in the mitre joint on a new kitchen worktop today. Fitted three different sections, which then had to be cut in order to fit the new hob and sink. It's always seems a shame to cut big holes in a worktop that is brand new.

Tiles for the splashback going on tomorrow with finished photos to follow.
