Tricky kitchen worktop

Replacement kitchen worktops can always present a challenge. I'm trying to replace a large component of a finished kitchen, so often things have built up around it.

In this case, the worktop had to fit under the old tile line and in quite a small space. You can see I had to get the old window open. Apparently not opened for 20 years. I also had to cut a section of the windowsill off (stuck back on after)

Fortunately it all worked out and with the new sink in, looks very nice.
